How do I get started with Riddle Trails?
Getting started is easy! First, download the Riddle Trails app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Then, purchase 🌕 coins from our website - they're instantly added to your account. Use your coins in the app to unlock all games including premium adventures and start exploring!
What devices are supported?
Riddle Trails works on both iOS and Android devices. You'll need a smartphone or tablet with GPS capabilities and an internet connection. The app requires iOS 12.0 or later, or Android 7.0 or later.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, you'll need an internet connection to download the game content and sync your progress. However, once the game is loaded, GPS navigation works offline. We recommend downloading the game content before starting your adventure.

🌕 coins are gold coins that unlock all games including premium adventures in the Riddle Trails app. You purchase coins on our website and they're instantly added to your account. Coins never expire and can be used to access any game.
What coin packages are available?
We offer 5 coin packages: 10 🌕 coins (£10), 15 🌕 coins (£15), 30 🌕 coins (£28 - save £2), 50 🌕 coins (£45 - save £5), and 100 🌕 coins (£85 - save £15). The 50 coin package is our most popular option.
How do I purchase coins?
Visit our purchase page, log in to your account, choose your coin package, and complete the secure payment. Your coins will be instantly added to your account and you can start playing all games including premium adventures immediately.
Do coins expire?
No! 🌕 coins never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account forever. You can use them whenever you want to unlock all games including premium adventures.
Can I earn free coins?
Yes! Complete games to earn coins and unlock free premium adventures. The more you play, the more coins you earn, allowing you to access all games including premium content without additional purchases.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not offer refunds for completed coin purchases unless there is a technical issue preventing you from using the service. Contact our support team to discuss refund requests.
Gameplay
How long does a game take?
Most games take 1-2 hours to complete, depending on your pace and how much time you spend exploring. You can take breaks and resume your game later - your progress is automatically saved.
Can I play alone or do I need a group?
You can play alone or with a group! Our games are designed to be enjoyable for solo players, couples, families, or groups of up to 6 people. The difficulty and experience adapt to your group size.
What if I get stuck on a riddle?
Don't worry! Most riddles have hints available. You can't skip difficult questions and come back to them - you need to solve them to progress. The app tracks your progress, so you won't lose your place. If you're really stuck, contact our support team for help.
Are the games suitable for children?
Yes! Our games are designed to be family-friendly and suitable for ages 8 and up. Some riddles may be challenging for younger children, but they can still participate with adult help. We recommend parental supervision for children under 13.
What happens if it rains?

My GPS isn't working properly. How can I fix this?
Make sure location services are enabled for the Riddle Trails app in your device settings. Try moving to an open area with a clear view of the sky. If GPS is still not working, try restarting your device or updating the app to the latest version.
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try closing other apps to free up memory, restart your device, or check if you have the latest version of the app. Make sure you have enough storage space available. If the problem continues, contact our support team.
Can I play the same game multiple times?
No, you can only play each game once. Once you complete a game, it cannot be replayed. This ensures each adventure remains unique and challenging.

Is it safe to play while walking around the city?
